Apart from running multiple businesses of his own, Adam has also facilitated impressive growth figures for several companies during various stages of their life-cycle.
Benjamin’s 15 years of retail operations and distribution experience allows him to offer deep insights into the areas of channel management and sales strategy. Benjamin began his career at Sincere Watch, managing the company’s overall retail operations in Singapore. His time there saw him growing its retail network from three to ten stores while establishing the business as one of the household names in the local luxury watch sector.
At the company’s operational peak, he led a team of over 80 staff, inspiring remarkable growth, with the effect of his successes seen long after he left the firm.
He subsequently joined FJ Benjamin to manage the operations, sales and distribution of lifestyle timepieces in Singapore, where he successfully grew the company’s core brands portfolio. He was credited with negotiating deals with retail landlords such as Lendlease and Capitaland to secure prominent and prime retail locations across the city. He also established three Guess ‘pop-up’ stores – a new concept in Singapore – that brought favourable attention to the company.

Prior to joining Golden Equator Consulting, Collin held the position of Project Director at Clickr Media, where he was heading the web technology department in fulfilment, partnerships, training, account management and client consulting services.
Before his move to Clickr Media, Collin started his career in the recruitment industry, specialising in the Technology and FMCG verticals where he picked up valuable sales, marketing, people and client management skills.
A business development professional with experience across the financial, media and events industries, Wei Liang assists companies to develop practical strategies, using technology effectively to transform and grow businesses.
Prior to joining Golden Equator Consulting, Wei Liang worked for a hedge fund research firm, helping institutional investors utilise research and analytical solutions to make asset allocation decisions based on clients’ requirements. At the firm, he pioneered the end-to-end sales process of Riskshell, an investment analytics product. He also managed to successfully add significant revenue to the company by identifying consumer profiles, designing entry points, planning marketing strategies as well as undertaking after-sales management and product training.
Wei Liang’s skillsets revolve around relationship management, research, planning and financial analysis with a keen ability to effectively pitch to businesses. In his free time, he tests his mettle against a rock wall and is a budding photographer.
With cumulative experience across a wide-spectrum of Social and Digital strategies, Steffi has inspired clients and co-workers on opportunities and best practices with her knowledge of the digital landscape.
Through effective use of digital analytics tools, Steffi has helped clients and colleagues alike to visualise, articulate and conceptualise Digital Marketing campaigns to discover, identify and take advantage of new opportunities.
Prior to joining Golden Equator Consulting, Steffi was Digital Strategist at FoodNews, where she was tasked with setting up a team of digital specialist.
At the Ate Group where Steffi was an Assoc. Account Manager, she picked up skills from her Digital Director that set the foundation for her aptitude in developing holistic digital media strategies across major digital platforms.
A corporate communications professional with over a decade of experience across both the internal and external facets of the communications industry, Franz is adept in the comprehensive suite of skillsets necessary to deliver effective content – both in the development and strategy phases.
Franz has also accumulated in-depth knowledge of the mechanics behind both web design as well as branding during the span of his varied career – utilising these skills together with his broad understanding of marketing to effectively guide clients through their creative journey – from inception to various stages of their growth cycle.
Sylvia is a Project Lead at Golden Equator Consulting. Prior to joining us, she worked in London at an integrated Marketing Consultancy firm, Blue Latitude Health, as a Senior Digital Project Manager, managing digital projects involving websites, apps, educational platforms, content management systems and augmented reflection.
During her tenure of employment, she managed key digital projects for AstraZeneca, Janssen, General Optical Council, Eli Lilly, Pfizer, GSK, Celgene and International Osteoporosis Foundation, just to name a few.
Sylvia first started out her career as a Quality Assurance Engineer in Data Storage with CommVault, a NYSE listed company. After 7 years, she decided on a career shift into Project Management and Marketing, in a new country, London.
Sylvia graduated from the Kingston University with Masters in Marketing and Bachelor in Business Administration.
